  • Job Responsibilities:
    • IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments.
    • Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, O365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, etc.
    • Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly, identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
    • Implement and support disaster recovery solutions.
    • Provide technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
    • Implement and support remote access solutions: VPN, Terminal Services, etc.
    • Communicate with customers as required: keep them informed of incident progress, notify them of impending changes, and coordinate outages.
    • Escalate service or project issues that cannot be resolved within agreed service levels.
    • Document and report internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
    • Understand and follow processes in the ticketing system by completing assigned training materials and blueprints.
    • Work through project tickets and phases in the ticketing system as assigned by a Project Manager.
  • Job Requirements:
    • At least 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry.
    • Willing to work in a roster-based system, including at least 2 night shifts per week.
    • Fluent English speaking is a mandatory requirement, as the candidate will need to serve overseas clients.
    • Candidates from English medium schools, colleges, or universities will be given preference.
