These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by COBAIT Bangladesh. When you visit our site or use what we offer, you agree to follow these Terms and be bound by them. 

1. Definitions

“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” – that’s COBAIT Bangladesh. 

“You”, “Your”, “Client” – that’s any person or business checking out our website or using what we do. 

“Website” – our official COBAIT Bangladesh website, plus all the related subdomains that come with it. 

“Services” – this covers Web Development, Web Design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), 360° Digital Marketing, PPC Management, Social Media Marketing, Branding & Creative Services, and whatever other digital solutions we’re working on. 

2. Acceptable Use

      You’ve got to use our website and services the right way – lawfully and responsibly. Here’s what you can’t do: 

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, or republish any of our content without getting our written permission first 
  • Scrape, harvest, or pull data off this website in bulk 
  • Upload, post, or send anything harmful, illegal, misleading, or just plain abusive 
  • Try to mess with, disrupt, interfere with, or break the security or performance of our website 

      If you violate any of this, we might suspend or terminate your access. 

3. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this website – the text, images, graphics, logos, designs, code, digital assets, all of it – belongs to COBAIT Bangladesh or the people who licensed it to us.  Our trademarks, brand names, and visual identities? They’re protected under the law.  You can use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only – that’s it.  Anything else you want to do with it? You need to get our written authorization first. 

4. Cookie & Tracking Policy

       When you use this website, you’re consenting to us using cookies and similar tracking technologies. We follow our Privacy Policy on this. These tools help us make the website work               better, perform more smoothly, and give you a better experience overall. 

5. User-Generated Content

      If you end up submitting any content to our website or our digital platforms, here’s the deal: 

  • You still own whatever you submitted. 
  • But you’re giving COBAIT Bangladesh a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content however we need 
  • Whatever you submit has to be legal and can’t violate anyone else’s rights. 
  • We can remove or restrict user-generated content whenever we want, our call. 

6. SMS & Digital Communications

      If you give us your mobile number or contact details and opt in to receive communications from us, you agree to receive messages from COBAIT Bangladesh. This includes: 

  • Service notifications and updates about what we’re doing 
  • Appointment reminders so you don’t forget 
  • Operational stuff and account-related communications 
  • Promotional messages when we’ve got something relevant 

 

       A few more things to know: 

  • How often you get messages can vary 
  • Your mobile carrier might charge you for messages and data – that’s between you and them. 
  • Do you want to stop getting messages? Just reply STOP to any message we send 
  • We don’t share your phone number or communication consent with other companies or third parties. 

7. Service Agreements

      When we work with clients, everything is governed by written agreements or proposals we put together. 

  • The scope, what we’re delivering, pricing, and timelines – all that gets defined in written Service Agreements 
  • If you’ve got a subscription service with us, it might auto-renew unless you cancel it in writing, as the agreement says 

8. Payment Terms

      Here’s how payment works unless we agree to something different in writing: 

  • Standard payment terms are Net 30 days. 
  • Pay late, and you might be hit with a 1.5% per-month interest charge. 
  • Got a problem with the bill? You need to raise it in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. 

9. Limitation of Liability

      We’re going as far as the law lets us here: 

  • Our total liability to you is capped at whatever amount you paid us for services in the last 12 months. 
  • We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages – basically the domino effect stuff. 
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs) apply only if we’ve agreed to them in writing. 

10. Indemnification

      You agree to indemnify and hold COBAIT Bangladesh harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that come up because of: 

  • You are violating these Terms. 
  • You’re using our website or services in ways you’re not supposed to 
  • You are infringing on someone’s intellectual property or legal rights. 

11. Warranties Disclaimer

      Unless we’ve explicitly stated something different in a signed agreement: 

  • All our services are provided “as is” and “as available” – no guarantees beyond what we put into writing. 
  • We’re disclaiming all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement 

12. Termination

      We’ve got the right to suspend or terminate services if: 

  • You violate these Terms. 
  • We give you 30 days’ written notice, unless we need to pull the plug immediately for some reason. 

     

       You’ve got 30 days after that to grab your data. But that’s subject to whatever’s in the contract we signed. 

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

     The laws of Bangladesh govern these Terms. That’s the framework we’re working under. 

      If there’s a dispute: 

  • It gets resolved in the courts of Bangladesh 
  • We need to try mediation before anyone goes to court 
  • Class action lawsuits are off the table – we’re expressly waiving those 

14. Modifications

       COBAIT Bangladesh can update or modify these Terms at any time. If you keep using the website or services after we make changes, that means you’re accepting them.  Check back           here once in a while to stay in the loop.
